Summary: | The invention relates to a dynamic calibration method for a checkweigher. The method comprises the following steps of 1, weighing a to-be-sorted product on site through a standard weighing device, andenabling the to-be-sorted product to comprise a product container and a liquid or granular object disposed in the product container, and 2, enabling the weighed to-be-sorted products to pass througha transmission weighing end of a to-be-calibrated checkweigher, and calibrating the checkweigher by comparing the weight of the to-be-sorted products obtained by the checkweigher with the real weightof the to-be-sorted products obtained by the standard weighing device. Thus, the technical problems in the prior art that the calibration weight level is different from the weight of a real product, the standard weight is easy to wear, and the standard weight is different from the movement condition of the real product due to the fact that the standard weight is used for dynamically calibrating the checkweigher are solved. |
