Abstract | The invention relates to a method and device for continuously synthesizing ethyl 4-chloro-2-methoxyiminoacetoacetate. The method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing ethyl 2-methoxyiminoacetoacetate absorbing chlorine-containing gas with DMF, uniformly mixing the two raw materials when the two raw materials flow through a nozzle, and spraying a mixed solution to the top of a falling film reactor through the nozzle, S2, uniformly forming a film from the top of the falling-film reactor by the mixed solution, enabling the mixed solution to flow into the falling-film reactor from the top of the falling-film reactor, and reacting in the falling-film reactor, S3, making the reaction liquid flow into a heat preservation kettle from the bottom of the falling film reactor for heat preservation, and S4, washing the reaction solution subjected to heat preservation for the target time with water through a water washing tower, and layering to obtain the ethyl 4-chloro-2-methoxyiminoacetoacetate.
