Abstract The invention relates to the technical field of electronic commerce, and discloses an adhesive tape winding mechanism for packing cargoes and cartons. The adhesive tape winding mechanism comprises a first supporting column and first supporting legs, wherein a first connecting rod is connected to the left side of the first supporting column, a second rotating cylinder is arranged on the lower sideof a third connecting rod, a limiting block is arranged on the right side of the second rotating cylinder, a long-strip-shaped guide rail is slidably connected to the lower side of the limiting block,and a second supporting column is connected to the right side of the long-strip-shaped guide rail. According to the adhesive tape winding mechanism for packing the cargoes and cartons, the second connecting rod moves back and forth, then the third connecting rod is driven to rotate, when the third connecting rod moves to the limiting block, the limiting block can generate opposite pushing force on the third connecting rod
