Abstract The present invention provides a circuit breaker tripping device capable of easily setting the operation time of a circuit breaker. A tripping device of the present invention is provided with a magnetic circuit mechanism unit configured from a conductor that conducts electric current and a moving core configured from a magnetic body that is displaced by a magnetic attractive force between the magnetic body and the conductor. When an electric current greater than what has been set in advance flows through the conductor, the magnetic circuit mechanism unit increases the rate of displacement of the moving core using the magnetic attractive force, decreases the rate of displacement thereafter, and further performs a tripping operation for blocking the electric current. 根据本发明,得到能够容易地设定电路断路器的动作时间的电路断路器的跳闸装置。本发明的跳闸装置具有由导体和可动铁心构成的磁路机构部,该导体导通电流,该可动铁心由通过与该导体的磁性吸引力而位移的磁体构成。并且,在大于或等于预先设定值的电流流过导体的情况下,磁路机构部通过磁性吸引力使可动铁心的位移速度上升,然后使位移速度降低,进而进行将所述电流断路的跳闸动作。
