Abstract | The title of the invention is devices, systems and methods for improved vibration resistance. Devices, systems, and associated methods of assembly are described that provide improved probe assembliesfor use in sensors configured to transition between motion and electrical signals. An example probe assembly includes a probe stem defining a first end. In the operating configuration, the probe rod is at least partially received by the sensor device. The probe assembly also includes a probe head that receives the first end of the probe stem. And the probe head is matched with the first end part so as to fix the probe rod in the probe head. The first end of the probe rod is further welded to the probe head via butt weld techniques.
