The invention provides an application of staurosporine in preparation of a medicine for treating the gastric cancer and the gastric cancer abdominal metastasis, an application of the staurosporine inpreparation of a reagent for inhibiting phosphorylation of an MYH9 1943 site and an application of the staurosporine in preparation of a reagent for inhibiting the protein expression level of beta-catenin. Experiments prove that the Staurosporine can inhibit gastric cancer and gastric cancer metastasis related MYH9 protein so as to reduce the invasion and metastasis ability of gastric cancer cells. 本发明提供了staurosporine在制备治疗胃癌以及胃癌腹腔转移的药物中的用途，在制备抑制MYH9 1943位点磷酸化试剂中的用途以及其制备抑制β-catenin蛋白表达水平试剂中的用途。本发明通过实验证实了Staurosporine能抑制胃癌以及胃癌转移相关的MYH9蛋白从而降低胃癌细胞的侵袭转移能力。
