Abstract | The invention discloses an unpowered human body lower limb power-assisted exoskeleton device which comprises a left part, a right part and a waistband, and each part comprises a hip joint mechanism, the hip joint mechanism comprises a guide rod and a cam, a cam shell is arranged outside the cam, a compressed spring bin is fixed to the cam shell, a strong spring is arranged in the compressed springbin, a thigh rod is fixed to the cam shell, and a starting rod is fixed to the top end of the thigh rod; a knee joint mechanism comprises a guide pulley and a shank rod, the shank rod is sleeved witha shank rod sleeve, and a contact ring, a long supporting rod, a short supporting rod and a knee joint supporting plate are installed at the bottom of the shank rod. The hip joint mechanism can achieve walking energy storage and assistance, the knee joint can transmit loads to the ground through the connecting rod mechanism, and then joints of the lower limbs such as the knee joint of the human body are protected.
