Abstract The invention discloses a special enzyme for rubber and a protein removal method for natural rubber. The special enzyme for rubber comprises a special compound enzyme preparation 1 for rubber and a special compound enzyme preparation 2 for rubber, wherein the special compound enzyme preparation 1 for rubber is composed of 50% of alkaline protease and 50% of papain; the special compound enzyme preparation 2 for rubber is composed of 50% of acid protease and 50% of neutral protease; the activity of the special compound enzyme preparation 1 for rubber is 200000u/g; and the activity of the specialcompound enzyme preparation 2 for rubber is 50000u/g. The special enzyme for rubber disclosed by the invention is capable of degrading and removing protein components in a natural rubber clear liquid, and well solving the problem that small peptides brought by a protease hydrolysis process influence proliferation of sewage bacteria.
