Abstract | The invention discloses a multi-channel image acquisition and processing system for light path collimation control. The system comprises an industrial CCD, at least one embedded front controller equipped with CCD equipment service and image processing service software, and an auxiliary controller. The front-end controller is connected with each CCD through a PCIE expansion network card so as to achieve parallel acquisition of multi-channel CCD images, image processing is carried out according to the number of the current CCDs connected, and finally the images are transmitted to a client through a synchronization or event mechanism.
