Abstract | The invention discloses an efficient preserved fruit processing integrated device and a using method thereof. The using method comprises the following specific steps: step one, putting a selected high-quality green plum raw material into an ultrasonic cleaning machine, adding clear water and a sodium hydroxide solution, and using ultrasonic waves for rapid cleaning; step two, rapidly blow-drying the high-quality green plum raw material cleaned in the step two in warm air and putting the material into a drying box to be dried at a high temperature; step three, adding a mixed solution consistingof table salt, citric acid, dietary fibers, calcium chloride, a vitamin D3 compound and a color fixative into a soaking box, adding green plums treated in the step 2, and pickling the green plums for11-12 days; and step four, rinsing the pickled green plums with clear water, and draining the rinsed green plums.
