Abstract | The invention belongs to the field of biological medicines, and particularly relates to a primer probe system for human fungal infection detection, a kit and a detection method. Firstly, the inventiondiscloses the primer probe system capable of simultaneously detecting various pulmonary fungal infections, and the primer probe system comprises a nucleotide sequence group shown as SEQ ID NO: 1-17.The invention also discloses the kit comprising the primer probe system, and a method for fungus gene detection by using the primer probe system or the kit. The kit disclosed by the invention can be used for rapidly and accurately detecting four fungi including pneumocystis jeroveci, mucor, aspergillus and cryptococcus neoformans with ultrahigh sensitivity; and moreover, the change of the specificdrug-resistant gene in the body of the patient can be rapidly monitored in real time according to a quantitative detection result of the target fungus, the condition of the patient can be evaluated in time, and adjuvant therap |
