| Abstract | The present invention relates to a defective light emitting diode removing device for removing a defective light emitting diode from a plurality of light emitting diodes arranged on a light-emitting diode substrate. The defective light emitting diode removing device includes: a main stage on which the light emitting diode substrate is disposed; a laser irradiation unit that irradiates the defective light-emitting diodes present on the light-emitting diode substrate with laser light; a light-emitting diode removing part which is located between the light-emitting diode substrate and the laser irradiation part and is used for adsorbing and removing the defective light-emitting diode heated by the laser; a connection tube which is connected between the laser irradiation unit and the light emitting diode removal unit, seals a space between the laser irradiation unit and the light emitting diode removal unit, and has flexibility.
