The composite manufacturing method for the rolling mill house comprises the following steps: smelting molten medium-carbon-low alloy steel by virtue of an electric-arc furnace at first; then pouring the molten steel into a rolling mill house blank through a water glass sand mold; carrying out rough machining and normalizing treatment on the rolling mill house blank; then adopting a CMT electric-arc additive manufacturing method, taking a cold metal transition electric arc as a heat source, and overlaying at a working part of the rolling mill house layer by layer through welding wire melting to manufacture a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating layer with a thickness of 10.0-12.0mm; and obtaining the rolling mill house with high wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
