Summary: | The invention discloses an industrial production process of injection molding grade polyphenylene sulfide resin. The process comprises the following steps: 1) adding acetic anhydride, sodium hydroxideand an organic solvent into a dehydration reaction kettle to react, and then adding sodium hydrosulfide to obtain a dehydrated sodium hydrosulfide solution; 2) transferring the sodium hydrosulfide solution into a polymerization reaction kettle, adding benzene dihalide for polymerization reaction, then transferring into flash evaporation drying equipment, and removing an organic solvent and waterto obtain a crude product; 3) and 4) washing, filter-pressing and drying the crude product. According to the production process, cheap organic acid salt is used as a catalyst to prepare polyphenylenesulfide so that the process is more economical and environment-friendly, few catalysts are remained in the product, and complex post-treatment steps are not needed.
