The hanging bracket trolley comprises universal wheels, base beams, telescopic stand columns, vertical hydraulic rods, telescopic cross beams, lifting hooks, a lifting arm hydraulic rod, telescopic lifting arms, an electric control box, one-way baffle plates, a transverse hydraulic rod and hydraulic oil tanks, and the hanging bracket trolley is characterized in that the four universal wheels are installed below the base beam on the two sides, the one-way baffle plates are arranged on the base beams, the telescopic stand columns are welded tothe ends of the base beams, the vertical hydraulic rods are connected to the two telescopic ends respectively, the telescopic cross beam are welded between the telescopic stand columns, the transversehydraulic rod controls the telescopic distance, the two telescopic lifting arms are arranged at the top ends of the telescopic stand columns, the telescopic lifting arms are connected with telescopicstand columns through ball
