Abstract | The invention discloses an operation method and device of terminal equipment, and relates to the technical field of artificial intelligence. According to the specific implementation scheme, the methodcomprises the steps of: when an operation instruction is obtained, obtaining behavior characteristics of an operation behavior when the operation instruction is executed; acquiring state informationof the terminal equipment when the operation behavior is executed; judging whether the behavior characteristics and the state information meet a preset execution condition corresponding to the operation instruction or not; and if the preset execution condition is met, executing operation on the terminal equipment according to the operation instruction. Therefore, false triggering of the terminal equipment is avoided, and the service performance of the terminal equipment is improved.
