The embodiment of the invention discloses a welding device. The welding device comprises a first weldment body, a second weldment body and an elastic piece, wherein the second weldment body supports the first weldment body; the elastic piece is arranged between the first weldment body and the second weldment body; the first weldment body and the second weldment body are welded to a welding spot; the position of the welding spot is different from that of the elastic piece; the elastic force of the elastic piece is smaller than the drawing force of the welding spot; and the resistance value of the welding spot is used for generating a welding quality detection result of the welding spot.
