Abstract | The invention discloses a wear-resistant alloy steel bar for grinding ore. The wear-resisting alloy steel bar comprises, by weight, 0.41%-0.48% of carbon, 1.1%-1.4% of chromium, 0.20%-0.30% of molybdenum and the balance of iron and inevitable impurities. An organization structure of the wear-resisting alloy steel bar is divided into two layers, the outer layer is a lath-shaped martensite layer, the thickness of the lath-shaped martensite layer is 60-80% of the radius of the wear-resisting alloy steel bar, and the inner layer is a needle-shaped martensite and a small amount of upper bainite layer. The wear-resistant alloy steel bar is prepared through a thermal treatment process. The process comprises heating, quenching and tempering. According to the wear-resistant alloy steel bar, the organization components of national standard 42CrMo are improved, the hardenability is enhanced, and the wear-resistant alloy steel bar is more suitable for being used for manufacturing grinding bars.
