Abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of biological detection, and in particular relates to an mPCR primer composition used for simultaneously detecting multiple feline respiratory tract pathogens, and a kit thereof. For establishing an mPCR detection method of feline respiratory tract related pathogens, the invention provides an mPCR primer composition used for detecting feline respiratorytract pathogens, including FHV-F, FHV-R, FeLV-F, FeLV-R, Cf-F and Cf-R; furthermore, according to the mPCR primer composition, an mPCR method used for simultaneously detecting multiple feline respiratory tract pathogens is established; Taq enzyme is used in a detection process; therefore, detection is relatively convenient; the pollution opportunity in a sampling process is reduced; enzyme, ddH O, a premixed primer and a temperature are directly added when detection, so that mPCR is started; the method is superior to other mPCR detection methods; and thus, a high-efficiency, sensitive, specific and low-cost detection |
