The expandable combined heating and heat preservation device is suitable for the meal package and comprises a first heat preservation piece, wherein the first heat preservation piece comprises a first heat dissipation shell, a first heating element and a first heat storage device; the first heat dissipation shell is provided with an inner cavity; the first heat storage device is connected with the first heating element; and the first heat dissipation shell is provided witha first power supply interface used for being connected with an external power source, and the first power supply interface is electrically connected with the first heating element. The expandable combined heating and heat preservation device is provided with the heating elements and the heat storage devices, the expandable combined heating and heat preservation device is placed in the meal package, power can be supplied
