Abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a reticular gold-silver composite nano-film. The preparation method comprises the following steps: optimizing a transparent substrate layer structure, and preparing a gold or silver material with a reticular nano-structure by using physical vapor deposition; subjecting the gold or silver material to spin-coating with a layer of photoresist; performing exposure, baking and development on one surface of the transparent substrate, removing a photoresist coating in the holes of the gold or silver material with the reticular nano-structure, retaininga photoresist coating attached right above the gold or silver material, and performing secondary physical vapor deposition on such a basis so as to prepare a layer of a second gold or silver nano-material; and carrying out stripping after completion to remove the photoresist coating and the second gold or silver nano-material which are attached right above the gold or silver material with the reticular nano-structure are, |
