The protective sleeve is mounted on the outer side of the mounting head; the cold cathode energy-saving lamp belongs to a dual-purpose lamp, when the mounting head is disassembled, the mounting head is exposed outside, the hands of a user may touch the mounting head to cause the possibility of electric shock, and the mounting head can be hidden through the prot
