Abstract | The invention discloses a workpiece rapid imaging method of an optical frequency comb. The devices comprise a pump, a wavelength division multiplexer, a [lambda]/2 wave plate, an optical filter, an isolator, an ytterbium-doped optical fiber power amplifier, an attenuator, a one-dimensional displacement table, a Fourier spectrometer, a collimator, a [lambda]/4 wave plate, a beam splitting cube, a reflector, a lens and a three-dimensional displacement table. According to the invention, spectral interference is used as a basis, pulse light is divided into reference pulse light and measurement pulse light after passing through a beam splitting cube, the reference pulse light and the measurement pulse light carry distance information to form reflected light, the reflected light returns to an infrared beam splitting cube, beam combination of the pulse light is completed to form interference, the distance information of the whole measurement target object is obtained according to a three-dimensional displacement tab |
