Abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of steel and iron metallurgy, in particular to a control method of an oxygen content in smelting steel water. The control method comprises the steps that:quantitative ferrosilicon alloy and metal manganese are fed in a furnace rear steel ladle according to an oxygen content in converter steel water and the target component alloy element content requirement; a lime slagging agent is fed in the steel ladle after tapping is finished; the LF station-arrived temperature is above 1560 DEG C; and the oxygen content can be controlled within 30-50 ppm afterthe steel water is fed in a LF refining furnace. The control method can precisely control the oxygen content in the steel water so as to enable the steel to have quantitative endogenous inclusions. 本发明属于钢铁冶金技术领域,具体为一种熔炼钢水中氧含量的控制方法。该控制方法根据转炉钢水中的氧含量和目标成分合金元素含量要求,在炉后钢包加入定量硅铁合金和金属锰,出完钢后钢包加入石灰造渣剂,LF到站温度在1560℃以上,钢水进入LF精炼炉后可控制氧含量在30~50ppm之间。该控制方法能够精准控制钢水中的氧含量,使钢中有定量的内生夹杂物。
AbstractList The invention belongs to the technical field of steel and iron metallurgy, in particular to a control method of an oxygen content in smelting steel water.
