Abstract | The invention provides a self-charging energy system. The system comprises a friction nanometer generator, a rectifier bridge electrically connected with the friction nanometer generator, and a supercapacitor electrically connected with the rectifier bridge. The system further comprises a conductive layer, the conductive layer is used as the induction electrode of the friction nanometer generator, the pin welding area or the attaching area of the rectifier bridge, the microelectrode of the super capacitor and a conductive circuit used for connecting the friction nanometer generator, the rectifier bridge and the super capacitor at the same time, and the friction nanometer generator, the rectifier bridge and the super capacitor are integrated on the conductive layer to form the self-charging energy system.
