Abstract | The invention relates to a method for monitoring important parameter change rate and giving an alarm in advance. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, obtaining a difference value betweenthe current value of a monitored important parameter and the parameter value before T time based on a DCS control system, and obtaining the change rate of the parameter in the T time based on the obtained difference value between the current value of the important parameter and the parameter value before T time; and step 2, comparing the obtained change rate with a preset change rate, if the obtained change rate exceeds the preset change rate, judging that the change rate of the important parameter is abnormal, and giving an alarm prompt. The monitored parameter change rate within a certain period of time is calculated in real time through a logic configuration method, an alarm is given in advance to inform the operator, the operation parameters are adjusted in time and non-stop of the operation unit can be avoide |
