Abstract The invention provides a process method for improving the qualified material granularity proportion through double classification of a swirler in a beneficiation plant, and belongs to the field of colored beneficiation. The process is characterized in that double classification operation is realized and the fineness of materials entering two-stage flotation is improved by utilizing the series connection of two stages of swirlers; a primary swirler overflows the materials to return to a mixing tank (phi 2500x2500); the materials on one side of the mixing tank are pumped into a secondary swirlerthrough a sand pump so as to be re-classified, and are overflown and delivered for secondary flotation operation; grits classified for two times are returned to a two-stage ball mill so as to be re-ground; and through long-term experiments, the finalized primary classification swirler is characterized in that a single body adopts phi 350 and a grit nozzle is phi 60, and the finalized secondary classification swirler is c
