Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of image processing, in particular to a pericardial region positioning method, device and system based on feature analysis, and the method comprises the steps: firstly obtaining a group of CT sequence images which comprise pericardial samples of at least one heartbeat period; extracting an edge contour of each CT image in the CT sequence image to obtaina group of edge contours; fusing the group of edge contours to obtain a typical contour, and obtaining a deviation range of the typical contour; and finally, using the typical contour as the positioned pericardium area, using the deviation range as the heartbeat interval of the heart. The invention further correspondingly provides a pericardium area positioning device and system based on featureanalysis, and the pericardium area positioning accuracy can be improved.
