Abstract | The invention discloses a device for testing the offline leakage rate of a CMT outlet pneumatic isolation valve. The device comprises a pressing mechanism and a pneumatic actuating mechanism, whereinthe pneumatic actuating mechanism comprises a support, an air cylinder arranged on the upper part of the support, a base which is arranged below the air cylinder and provided with a cavity, a valve seat arranged at the bottom of the cavity, a valve cage located in the valve cavity and above the valve seat, and a gland which is arranged at the top end of the base and plays a sealing role. The end part of a piston rod is provided with a butt clamping block used for fixing a valve rod.
