Abstract | The invention provides a flexible job shop scheduling method and device based on worker operation experience. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, performing preset cross processing on the initial population according to a genetic algorithm; acquiring the fitness of each population individual according to the bottleneck degree of processing equipment and the operation experience of workers on the processing equipment; acquiring an optimal solution of a genetic algorithm according to the fitness; and when the number of iterations of the genetic algorithm is equal to a first threshold value, updating pheromones of an ant colony algorithm according to an optimal solution, obtaining a local optimal solution according to the ant colony algorithm; when the overall iteration number is equal to a second threshold value, determining a global optimal solution from the local optimal solution, and performing scheduling according to the global optimal solution.
