Summary: | The invention provides a hinge and a cabinet freezer comprising the same. The hinge can reliably achieve the damping effect. The hinge provided by the invention is provided with a first hinge component and a second hinge component which can be connected in the manner of rotating oppositely around a first axis, and is further provided with a fluid damper. The fluid damper comprises a shell made ofresin and a rotor, and the robot is arranged in the shell and can rotate around the first axis. A movable valve element is arranged on the periphery of the rotor. A fluid chamber used for being filledwith working fluid is defined between the outer circumferential surface of the rotor and the inner circumferential surface of the shell. The rotor is connected with the first hinge component. The shell is connected with the second hinge component.
