The invention provides a hinge and a cabinet freezer comprising the same. The hinge can reliably achieve the damping effect. The hinge provided by the invention is provided with a first hinge component and a second hinge component which can be connected in the manner of rotating oppositely around a first axis, and is further provided with a fluid damper. The fluid damper comprises a shell made ofresin and a rotor, and the robot is arranged in the shell and can rotate around the first axis. A movable valve element is arranged on the periphery of the rotor. A fluid chamber used for being filledwith working fluid is defined between the outer circumferential surface of the rotor and the inner circumferential surface of the shell.
