Abstract | The invention provides a capacity grading logistics system and method for a lithium-ion power battery. The capacity grading logistics system comprises two rows of capacity grading equipment, and NG (No Good) product sorting machines, wherein stacking machines corresponding to each row of capacity grading equipment are arranged between the two rows of capacity grading equipment; the NG product sorting machines are arranged on the front ends of the two rows of capacity grading equipment; a main incoming material logistics line and an empty tray return line which are distributed side by side arearranged on the front ends of the two NG product sorting machines; and the main incoming material logistics line is connected to the empty tray return line through a high-altitude logistics line.
