Abstract The invention discloses quantum dot test paper capable of quantitatively detecting florfenicol residues in various matrixes. The test paper is prepared by sequentially adhering a sample pad, a markerpad, a chromatographic membrane and a buffer pad to a PVC bottom plate in a 1-2mm overlapping manner, the chromatographic membrane is a nitrocellulose membrane carrying a detection line and a qualitycontrol line, and the test paper is characterized in that the detection line is coated with a florfenicol antigen, and the quality control line is coated with a DNP monoclonal antibody, and the markerpad is loaded with quantum dots coupled with a florfenicol antibody and DNP-BSA.
