Abstract The invention relates to a solar cell cutting device. The cutting device comprises a cutting table and a walking frame. The cutting table is used for placing a solar cell to be cut; and the walking frame is installed on the cutting table. The walking frame can move in the longitudinal direction of the solar cell to be cut relative to the cutting table, a longitudinal cutter and a transverse cutterwhich can move along with the walking frame are installed on the walking frame, and the transverse cutter can move in the transverse direction of the solar cell to be cut relative to the cutting table.
