Flock falls into flock brushing rollers through grooves in the surface of a feeding roller and enters a flocking chamber after being fully scattered; the flocking chamber is externally connected with a low-pressure mechanism and is in a low-vacuum state; the low-pressure mechanism comprises an extraction opening, a dust collecting box, a filter and a mechanical pump; and a sensor is installed in the dust collecting box, monitors the amount of flock and dust in the dust collecting box in real time and transmits signals to control the opening and closing of the bottom plate of the dust collecting box. With the flocking device adopted, air resistance is reduced, the descending speed of the flock is increased, the flock and an adhesiveare combined more firmly, and a flocking effect is good.
