The invention relates to a power-assisted manipulator for workpiece blanking. The power-assisted manipulator comprises a base assembly, a moving assembly and a damping assembly. The top of the base assembly is fixedly connected with the moving assembly to keep a machine body stable during work of the manipulator; the top of the damping assembly is fixedly connected with the manipulator body to reduce vibration when the machine body falls down; and the top of the moving assembly is fixedly connected with the damping assembly to reduce part wearing between structures.
