The invention provides a multifunctional water-cooling testing device. The multifunctional water-cooling testing device comprises a water tank, a water pump system, a heater, a cooling system, a liquid inlet interface and a liquid outlet interface, wherein a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet of a test piece can be detachably connected with the liquid inlet interface and the liquid outlet interfacerespectively, the water tank, a water pump, the heater and a cooling device are connected in series to form a cooling loop, a flow meter is arranged in the cooling loop, a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor are arranged at the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet of the test piece, the water pump system is used for providing constant target flow, when the test piece is a water-cooled radiator,the cooling system works to take away heat transmitted to the cooling liquid by the water-cooled radiator. When the test piece is the liquid-air heat exchanger, the cooling system stops working, andthe heater works to provide
