The invention relates to a signal checking system and method based on RCD and SCD checking. The system comprises an RCD import module, an SCD import module, an analysis processing module and a reportoutput module, wherein the SCD import module is used for analyzing an SCD file and constructing a full-station signal model; the RCD import module is used for analyzing the RCD file and restoring theforwarding relationship of the whole station; the analyzing and processing module is used for automatically checking all the signal configuration items by analyzing the signal model and the forwardingrelationship of the whole station and storing wrong or nonstandard signal configuration items to obtain a checking result; and the report output module is used for outputting the check result. According to the method, the modification accuracy can be improved, the data defect elimination efficiency before acceptance is improved, and the working intensity and skill requirements of debugging personnel are remarkably reduced.
