The invention discloses automatic rivet penetrating equipment for circuit breakers. The problems that existing equipment is low in automation degree and rivet penetrating efficiency are solved. The automatic rivet penetrating equipment for the circuit breakers comprises a conveying device used for conveying the circuit breakers, a feeding device, a rotary table device, a plurality of rivet penetrating executing devices, a rivet detecting device, a discharging device and a waste product recycling device; a rotary table is provided with multiple fixture groups used for positioning and clamping the circuit breakers, and the plurality of rivet penetrating executing devices conduct rivet penetrating operation on fixtures of the fixture groups at the aligned positions in sequence; the rivet detecting device is used for detecting whether rivet penetrating operation is conducted on circuit breaker rivet holes of the fixture groups located at the aligned positions or not; the discharging deviceis used for doing the ac
