Abstract | The invention discloses a one-key diagnosis method for the voice state of a home gateway, a calling instruction set is packaged in a gateway system configuration file, and a diagnosis request initiated by a local interface is received by a system. The following steps are executed: S1, calling a test command to detect whether hardware of a voice module is normal or not; S2, calling registration state information to judge whether a gateway registered OLT is normal or not; S3, detecting whether a voice channel is normal or not; S4, acquiring a voice registration state, and checking whether account registration is normal or not; and S5, calling a telephone interface and a preset value parameter value, and diagnosing whether the telephone connectivity is normal or not. The method does not depend on a network or a management protocol, can achieve local direct calling, and reduces the system maintenance cost.
