Abstract The invention provides an MR volume measurement method and device based on a 3D depth camera, and the method comprises the steps: calculating a view matrix according to a depth image information framewhen the depth image information frame containing a target object is obtained; calculating coordinates of each vertex of the target object under a camera coordinate system according to the depth image information frame; multiplying the coordinate of each vertex of the target object in the camera coordinate system by the inverse matrix of the view matrix to obtain the coordinate of each vertex ofthe target object in the world coordinate system; and calculating the volume of the target object by using the coordinates of each vertex of the target object in the world coordinate system.
