Abstract | The invention discloses a post-cementing method for a T-shaped embedded part of a satellite honeycomb sandwich plate. The post-cementing method comprises the following steps: step 1, assembling a T-shaped positioning block and a side surface positioning block; step 2, cementing the T-shaped embedded part, and connecting and fixing the T-shaped embedded part with the T-shaped positioning block; step 3, adjusting the height of each supporting block; and step 4, fixing the satellite honeycomb sandwich plate by the side surface positioning block. Compared with the prior art, the post-cementing method has the following advantages: 1, the vertical precision of the satellite honeycomb sandwich plate and the positioning blocks can be effectively, continuously and accurately adjusted; 2, the T-shaped embedded part is cemented at normal temperature, so that the influence of curing stress on the final size precision of a product can be effectively reduced; and 3, the processing cost can be greatly reduced.
