Abstract | The invention provides a blisk runner side cycloid milling and rough machining method which comprises the steps of feeding from a blisk runner side, and roughly machining a runner through a cycloid tool path. According to the blisk runner side cycloid milling and rough machining method provided by the invention, the axial height of a large-diameter blisk is smaller than the radial dimension, and feeding is carried out from the side, so that the tool length can be effectively reduced, and meanwhile, the processing efficiency can be greatly improved through the cycloid milling machining method.By combining the manners of feeding from the side and cycloid processing, the invention provides a side cycloid milling and high-efficiency runner rough machining technology aiming at a large-sized bladed disk, so that not only are the processing stability and the efficiency ensured, but also the machining allowance is ensured, and the follow-up complicated residual amount removal process is avoided.
