Abstract | The invention provides an electrochemical method for preparing a superhydrophobic Ni-P-Al2O3 nano composite coating on a 45-steel surface. The electrochemical method is simple, efficient, safe, easy to control, mild in reaction condition and low in cost, and can achieve large-area preparation without damaging the original metal surface. According to the method for preparing the superhydrophobic Ni-P-Al2O3 nano composite coating, an electrochemical deposition method is firstly adopted to prepare the Ni-P-Al2O3 nano composite coating on the 45-steel substrate surface, the coating has superhydrophobicity after being subject to electrochemical anodic dissolution and then modification with fluorosilane, and the contact angle can reach more than 150 degree.
