Abstract | The invention discloses a double-station automatic clamping system for aluminum alloy wheel friction stir welding. The double-station automatic clamping system comprises a supporting assembly, a hub positioning and clamping assembly and a rim positioning and clamping assembly. The supporting assembly comprises a bottom table and a supporting body, and the hub positioning and clamping assembly andthe rim positioning and clamping assembly are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the supporting body.
