Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the waste of a metal at an unnecessary part, and suppress the discharging of a harmful substance which is produced in coating and printing processes by a method wherein a band-shaped resin film is coated on parts excepting welding parts at the time of manufacture of a welded can, on one surface or both surfaces of a stock roll for plating or a cold drawn steel plate. SOLUTION: Instead of coating a resin film after performing a plating in order to improve the weldability and corrosion resistance on the whole surface of a metal plate, a resin film 2 is coated on remaining parts excepting welded parts at the time of manufacture of a welded can. For the metal plate 1, a stock roll for tin plating or a cold drawn steel plate is used as is without a pre-treatment, or in order to improve the joining force, a degreasing and a washing with acid are performed. However, when the bonding condition is change depending on the kind of the resin film and the presence of the application of an adhesive, before the resin film is coated, a chemical conversion treatment film 4 such as a chromate film or a phosphate film is formed by an electrical or chemical method, and then, the resin film 2 is coated. |
