Abstract | The invention discloses a natural connecting method of a thermosetting composite. The natural connecting method includes the steps of evenly smearing a connecting object with small-molecular glue, making the small-molecular glue permeate into and be dispersed into the connecting object under the no-pressure auxiliary conditions with the medium temperature of 100-160 DEG C, conducting curing, and meanwhile activating the dynamic covalent bond exchange reaction on a connection interface to complete the high-strength interface connection with the covalent bonds as the main part and the intra-molecular acting force, physical winding and the like as the auxiliary part. The high-quality, high-efficiency and high-strength connection effect is realized, the weak connecting mechanism of a traditional connecting method is broken through, the defects of low strength, processing complexity, instability and the like of the traditional connecting method are overcome, and the natural connecting method can be widely applied |
