Abstract | The invention discloses a method for improving processing quality of quenching molds. The method for improving the processing quality of the quenching molds includes: setting bottom face allowance before quenching, changing a programming template, performing segmented quenching on a cutting block, and formulating programming specifications before the quenching. The method for improving the processing quality of the quenching molds improves a processing mode of the quenching molds, improves processing pass rate of the quenching molds, and reduces abnormal cost.
