The invention discloses a fuel cell stack structure as well as a fuel cell and an application thereof. The stack structure comprises at least three fuel cell units which are connected in series and stacked into a whole, wherein each fuel cell unit comprises an anode plate, a positive electrode, an electrolyte membrane, a negative electrode and a cathode plate which are sequentially stacked into awhole; the cathode plate and the anode plate are silicon pole plates made of a doped conductive crystalline silicon material; the silicon pole plate is provided with an internal cooling medium flow channel, a front reducing agent flow channel and/or a back oxidizing agent flow channel, and the internal cooling medium flow channel, the front reducing agent flow channel and/or the back oxidizing agent flow channel are respectively provided with a silicon pole plate inlet and outlet combination communicated with the internal cooling medium flow channel, the front reducing agent flow channel and/or the back oxidizing agen
