Abstract The invention relates to a method for self-reduction imitation of Jun porcelain copper red glaze. CuO is taken as a colorant of copper red glaze, and metallic silicon is added into the glaze, so thatthe CuO can be reduced through the metallic silicon in high-temperature air to obtain the imitated Jun porcelain copper red glaze. By using the method, the CuO can be reduced without creating a reducing atmosphere, process steps can be reduced, raw material input can be saved, cost can be reduced, and the obtained imitation copper red glaze has wide application range; and the method has the characteristics of simple process and economy. 一种自还原仿制钧瓷铜红釉的方法,将CuO作为铜红釉的着色剂,并且向釉料中加入金属硅,在高温空气中即可通过金属硅还原CuO,得到仿制的钧瓷铜红釉;使用本发明无需营造还原性氛围即可对CuO进行还原,能够减少工艺步骤,节约原料投入,降低成本,并且得到的仿制铜红釉应用范围广泛;本发明具有工艺简单和经济节约的特点。
